For those of you who don't already know...Aubree is going to be a big sister! Any time we ask her, she says she wants a baby sister, and I have a feeling that's what she's going to get. We find out Feb. 10th what the sex of this baby will be, so I'll be sure to post again then for sure.
Aubree had two costumes this year for Halloween. She dressed up as Dora the Explorer for her Daycare Party. We have a life size Dora, so we just stripped her down and they fit Aubree perfectly.
Then for Halloween night, she dressed up as a Baterina. She loves her little tutu's, so when I saw this at Walmart for cheap, I had to get it. Even though little Miss Thang wouldn't wear the ears or hand coverings, she still looked adorable as ever.
Later that evening, after Trick or Treating with Rylyn and Kelton, the twins and Ryun and Brandy came over so DeeDee and Papaw could see them dressed up. Ben and I had been back and forth about how/when to tell everyone we were pregnant, so we thought this was the perfect time. I had all three kids sit up on the table to take their picture, and as I was about to tell to say "Cheese" I replaced it with say "Aubree's going to be a big sister"!! Then, instead of taking their picture, I turned around and took a picture of Mom, Brandy and Ryun who were standing behind us. We knew Brandy would be super excited...I think her face shows it in this picture! :)
Then, in an attempt to get some updated Napier Family Photos for our Christmas card, we had a photographer friend like me who does this on the side snap some photos of us over at Yellow Creek Park in Owensboro. Beautiful place to shoot and I do think I'll be taking advantage of that place come Spring. Her pillow case dress is a handmade dress made by a good friend of mine. She is awesome at what she does! I asked her one night if she'd be willing to do it, sent her a couple ideas of patterns and viola...exactly what I wanted! :)
Then Kyle, Steph, Austin and Siena made their annual trip to Indiana for Thanksgiving, so we were able to get a few cousins photos while they were in visiting. We had Santa and Mrs. Claus again this year, so were were able to get a few cute photos then, but then I attempted using my backdrops to take some more photos later. Let me just say, taking photos of 5 kiddos, 3 and under is TOUGH!
I just LOVE Aubree's face in this photo as she's watching the singing mice. She's such a happy kiddo.
Once again, love her face...she was so excited to open a gift from Santa
Rylyn and Kelton loved seeing Santa and Mrs. Claus again this year. Doesn't Kelton look like a little man in his shirt and tie!
Siena was all smiles for pictures. Such a happy baby. :)
Deedee and Papaw with ALL the grand babies!!
Aubree and Papaw being silly as usual!!
Austin didn't want much to do with Santa this year, so I had to add a cute picture of him in the reindeer ears to show that he was here! :)
Siena wore Aubree's Baby's 1st Thanksgiving outfit, so I had to get a picture of her in it. Too cute!
Aubree enjoying one of the Pilgrim hats dessert that I made for Thanksgiving Day.
Here are a few from the cousin attempted photoshoot:
Best shot of the 5 of them "sitting" down
We attempted laying down too...
